Division
GCS Federal delivers specialized expertise
in the areas of acquisition and contracts management to civilian
agencies and the Department of Defense. We have a history of proven
performance in agencies including the General Services Administration,
Departments of Transportation, Homeland Security, Commerce, Defense
and Veterans Affairs.
Whether the need is to develop a complex acquisition
plan or to integrate sound procurement practices into a Program Management
Office, the GCS Federal Division staff, comprised, in part, of former
contracting officers and GS 1102s, can provide the right combination
of expertise and tools to maximize your procurement investment.
The GCS Federal Division is led by Vice President Nick Aievoli, a
Certified Project Management Professional with more than 17 years experience
delivering acquisition and project management to the Federal market. Nick received a B.S. from Evangel University and an M.B.A. from John Hopkins University.
Intelligence Division
Given
our specialized expertise in the areas of Federal acquisition and contracts
management, GCS’ history
of proven performance in vital engagements, and the need for more effective
acquisition solutions in the intelligence community, we have created
the GCS Intelligence Division. This division will make important contributions
to the U.S. intelligence agencies as they carry out their crucial national
security missions.
The Intelligence Division is led by GCS CEO Nicole
Geller. Ms. Geller is a seasoned acquisition executive and Board of
Advisor Member of the National Contracts Management Association. Ms.
Geller founded GCS to meet government and industry’s challenging
contract and procurement needs.
Industry Division
GCS Industry
is dedicated to providing highly skilled individuals who are experts
in acquisition, contracts, finance and/or accounting services to Federal
government contractors. Our services are uniquely structured to each
customers’ needs and are available as staff augmentation,
direct placement, or consultation. Our industry staff is comprised of
seasoned professionals with the expertise to assist or fully assume day-to-day
contract and finance activities. GCS recognizes the impact that loss
of in-house resources has on our customers. We have a proven record of
timely support to meet our customers’ mission needs.
The Industry Division is led by Mike Palmer. Mike has twelve years experience providing staff augmentation and professional services. Prior to joining GCS, Mr. Palmer spent seven years with Kelly Services most recently as Region Sales Manager. As Region Sales Manager he was responsible for business development and large account management in the Washington DC market. Mike received a B.A. from of Mary Washington College.
