management/guidance, contract compliance, labor category adherence, subcontractor
management, cost accruals, and revenue management.
Regulatory Compliance
GCS provides
compliance support in financial analysis and reporting of incurred costs
to ensure they are in compliance with corporate policies and government
regulations, such as Cost Accounting Standard (CAS). We also assist customers
in performing internal labor floor checks, serving as DCAA liaison for
proposal reviews, cost and budget reviews and other DCAA on-site audit
requests.
