Contract & Subcontract Administration & Management
GCS provides full life-cycle federal contracts administration services including RFP development, cost estimating, pricing analysis, negotiations, T&C interpretation, contract compliance, contract performance monitoring, contract modifications, subcontract administration, evaluation and management, teaming/NDA development, preparation of financial deliverables, and customer invoicing.

Procurement & Purchasing
