Contract & Subcontract Administration & Management
GCS
provides full life-cycle federal contracts administration services including
RFP development, cost estimating, pricing analysis, negotiations, T&C
interpretation, contract compliance, contract performance monitoring,
contract modifications, subcontract administration, evaluation and management,
teaming/NDA development, preparation of financial deliverables, and customer
invoicing.
Procurement & Purchasing
From providing procurement
guidelines to internal business managers to the final receipt of goods
and services, GCS assists customers in locating sources of supply, vendor
screening, developing RFPs for prospective vendors, managing vendor relationships,
negotiating agreements, administering purchase order files, and preparing
contract modifications.
Cost & Price Analysis
GCS professionals develop
pricing strategies and methods, develop pricing/cost models using the
customers’ existing
or newly created pricing templates for all contract types, services
agreements, and GSA Schedules.
Contract Closeout
The GCS team is experienced in performing
research, reconciliation and financial functions in support of contract
closeouts. GCS is the choice of large and small government contractors
for this essential service, including closeout examination, auditing
allowable costs, discrepancy troubleshooting, negotiation with DCAA to
