Federal Acquisition Regulation Compliance
GCS frequently acts as a liaison to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) by conducting reviews and evaluations of the effectiveness of company policies and procedures for compliance with FAR, DFAR, CAS, TINA, and other regulatory bodies.

CPSR Reviews/Audits/Compliance
GCS assists customers in preparing for Contractor’s Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) audits, working with government auditors throughout the CPSR and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Proposal Support
We understand that the lifeblood of government contracting is winning new competitively awarded business. GCS assists customers in the analysis and response to RFPs by evaluating the government’s needs, matching corporate capabilities to the agency requirements, preparing detailed cost proposals, completing the representations and certifications, and conducting proposal reviews.

GSA Schedule Development
GSA Schedules are key tools for any government contractor. GCS assists customers in their efforts to identify, obtain and maintain the appropriate GSA Schedules. We assess products and services and identify the appropriate schedules, develop pricing and sales strategies, define products and services to be offered, and assist in the negotiation of the entire contracting process.

Corporate Policy & Procedure Development
GCS consultants have the skill and management maturity to create or assist in the updating of policies and procedures in our customers’ contract or finance departments. We develop tools, forms and templates to review current processes and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure best practices are achieved and sustained.

Incurred Cost Submission
GCS assists in preparing indirect cost rates for submission to DCAA-requested incurrent cost submissions.
